GEMÜ is a leading worldwide Industrial and Process Valve manufacturer, supplying customers in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Biotech industries, the Microelectronics segment, and General industrial plant. These include water treatment, the chemicals sector, mining and plant and machinery construction. Our valves control and regulate both inert and corrosive/abrasive liquids, as well as gaseous media and steam.

GEMÜ has 6 manufacturing centres throughout the world, employing over 850 people. The company sells its products via 14 subsidiaries and a large world-wide distributor network.

The GEMÜ valve applications for water treatment and distribution range from the control and regulation of heavily contaminated sea and river water all the way to the production of high purity water for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Typical applications are drinking water treatment plants, sea water desalinization plants, swimming pools, waste water treatment and sewage clarification plants, municipal water supply, treatment of leachate from rubbish dumps, high purity water production for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries.

Product range
Our product range comprises metal and plastic diaphragm valves, globe and control valves as well as butterfly valves, check valves, ball valves and solenoid valves made of metal and plastic. These are completed by an extensive range of valve instrumentation and automation components such as electro-pneumatic positioners and process controllers, measurement systems for flow rate, level, pressure and temperature, pilot valves, combi switchboxes, electrical position indicators and other accessories.
