The Standing Committee for Science and Engineering (TWA) has been convoked by the DME-Board.
The tasks of the TWA have been defined as follows:
- Support of the Board in developping technologic-scientific topics in the field of seawater desalination.
- Assistance in the evaluation of R & D projects.
- Developpment of technologic-scientific publications in the field of seawater desalination.
- Support during DME-events (i.e. session-chairman, recruitement of adequate Speakers).
